Return Policy
Not Happy With Your Order? No Problem.
Prazzle accepts returns on regular priced items that meet the following requirements:
1. Return is initiated and mailed back by the customer within 7 days of delivery date.
2. The returned items comply with our returns policy:
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Unfortunately, Prazzle is not able to offer exchanges at this time.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We partner with print providers to ensure product availability worldwide, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, We offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 10 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Any site credit used to place the original order will not be restored to your account. All eligible returns will be issued in United States dollars (USD). You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, therefore this will be deducted from your refund.

Note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, Prazzle will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for providing the correct information.
